I like to take a holistic approach to diet and fitness, we are all so different and our bodies respond differently to exercise and diet. I am a firm believer in Bio - Individuality, what may feel good as far as food and exercise go for someone, may not feel awesome to you. I love helping others figure out what feels "good" in their body. I am a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and also hold my Group Fitness Certificate through AFFA. I am a certified Holistic Health Coach through Integrative Nutrition.
