Personal/Group Training with Kate Counts

Exploring the many elements of mobility to align with your well-being

I like to take a holistic approach to fitness, we are all so diverse and our bodies respond differently to the many modalities of movement. I am a firm believer in Bio - Individuality, what may feel good as far as nutrition and movement for someone, may not feel awesome to you. Using the art of questioning, together we figure out what feels aligned for your well-being (physical, mental, emotional).

I have been practicing in the wellness industry for 15 years. I am a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and also hold my Group Fitness Certificate through AFFA. I am constantly learning about this ever evolving body and how it responds to movement and love sharing this knowledge with my clients.

I offer individual (1:1) and group (up to 6 people) training sessions where I will come to you, we work together to design a fitness/welnnes program that will help you reach your goals in a holistic way.

Surf Conditioning with Kate

 

A Weekly class which focuses on the functionality, strength and cardio…this class was born from Kate’s experience cross training local surfers to build endurance, mobility and skill in the water. It is for ALL athletes, not just surfers….want to be a stronger runner, golfer, basketball player, etc….this class is the perfect cross-training tool. It also compliments a well-rounded fitness routine! Class is high intensity (cardio and strength) and all moves can be modified to fit your fitness needs.

Class is held Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:15pm in Medway Park (2069 Medway Park, in Riverland Terrace Neighborhood)

Space is limited to 15 participants, in order to secure a spot you must sign up below and pay via Venmo (@Kate-Counts) 24 hours prior to class. If payment is not received, your spot will be given away to a wait list participant.

Please bring water, a sweat towel and your joy of movement to class!
